TriCord Tradeshow Services is a full service convention and tradeshow contractor. We provide services to meet your needs including: exhibit floor plans, booth equipment, rental furnishings, electrical distribution, freight and material handling, labor, custom display rentals and sign making capabilities.
Everyone knows that problems arise, but with a major event on your horizon, the last thing you need is an unexpected issue with the delivery and set up of your materials and booths. Whether it’s weeks in advance or years, TriCord’s Show Management Services address all aspects of the planning process and support you and your exhibitors needs for a successful event. We begin by completing initial site surveys, developing your timeline and designing the best floor plan to meet your needs. We help you organize by keeping track of your exhibitors and freight. We then coordinate the delivery of freight and registration materials with the shows schedule. For the event, we provide registration counters, furniture, signage, association booths, electricity, and labor at discounted rates for show management.
We provide support by phone and email for all stages of event planning and development, and are always available to assist with issues during the planning of the event and even after completion.
