The Carmel Foundation invites the community to experience Guided by a Light, a special exhibition celebrating the work of the late Carole Pavlo, a visionary artist whose etchings, paintings, and sculptures convey transcendent insights into the human condition with the goal of evoking recognition of our kinship with one another.
Through a diverse body of work spanning multiple mediums, the exhibition offers visitors a rare opportunity to engage with work that is both richly introspective and universally resonant, offering a window into the realization of art’s unique and everlasting powers to heal and illumine.
The Carmel Foundation will celebrate Pavlo and her work with a special reception on Saturday, September 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. in Diment Hall. The community is invited to view the exhibition while enjoying refreshments and entertainment by Anne & Pete Sibley and Terri Lee.
Guided by a Light will remain on display in Diment Hall at The Carmel Foundation through October, providing additional opportunities for the community to experience Pavlo’s work.
