Professional land surveying services for all types of projects, large or small.
The Polaris Land Surveying team consists of partners, Lynn Kovach, PLS, Kathy Nitayangkul, PLS and Ryder Kovach, PLS together with three survey technicians and a GPS specialist. We regularly work for public agencies on both on-call contracts as well as project specific assignments. Since 2010, we have been “on call” survey consultants for Caltrans District 5 and are currently providing city surveyor services for both City of Sand City and City of Gonzales. As such, we’ve provided surveying services on transportation projects throughout Monterey and Santa Cruz counties, including Highways 68, 183 and 152 as well as numerous city right of ways in support of redevelopment projects including Main Street in Salinas and South of Tioga in Sand City. Recently, Polaris and Wallace Group worked together on the County of Monterey Pajaro Levee System Emergency Bypass Project repairing storm damage to the wastewater system from the 2023 floods and the City of Carmel Streets Resurfacing Project.
