The only full service reformed Congregation located on the Monterey Peninsula.
Chartered in 1954 as the Jewish Community of the Monterey Peninsula, Congregation Beth Israel today serves the spiritual, educational, and social needs of Jews on the Peninsula.
We derive programming and administrative strength from our affiliation with the Union for Reform Judaism. We offer traditional programming to meet the needs of the most observant Jews.
