BONDED Jewelry and the Hamilton Hat Lounge are seeking a warm, confident, and sales-driven individual to join our Carmel By The Sea studio team. This role is centered around creating an elevated, memorable customer experience within our speakeasy-style studio while driving sales for both permanent jewelry and custom hat experiences.
As a Sales Associate, you will guide guests through the BONDED jewelry process—including premium sterling silver, 14K gold fill, and solid gold options—as well as assist with custom hat selection and storytelling at the Hamilton Hat Lounge. You’ll be an ambassador of both brands, delivering exceptional hospitality, building genuine connections, and supporting studio events and activations.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with studio events, appointments, and activations

Ideal Candidate:

Has sales or customer service experience (luxury retail or hospitality a plus)
