We are growing and are seeking applicants for the following position: Associate Attorney – Litigation/Employment Law
Pay: $115,000–$205,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Full-time · In-person (Monterey office)
We seek an Associate Attorney with experience in civil litigation and/or employment law. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, class action defense, and trial work. Experience advising employers, conducting workplace investigations, and managing administrative claims is a plus. Strong research, writing, and client relationship skills are essential.
