Position Summary:
The Patient Educator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by providing comprehensive education on cannabis products, assisting in product selection, and ensuring smooth operations within the facility. This role requires a strong focus on patient care and a commitment to the values of quality, consistency, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Educate Patients/Customers: Provide accurate and tailored information about cannabis products, therapies, and potential benefits, aligning with individual needs and medical conditions.
- Product Handling and Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right products/medicines, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
- Online Orders: Manage and fulfill online and delivery orders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Management: Receive and organize new products, ensuring proper storage and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with managers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Synchronicity Holistic quality standards.
- Promote a Welcoming Environment: Uphold the facility's commitment to creating a safe and beautiful environment for all guests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, LVN, CNA, social worker, cannabis retail, or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of cannabis products and their therapeutic applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountable, punctual, with a high attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Background in pharmacology or nursing.
