Rooted in the Japanese concept of shoshin, or “beginner’s mind,” the studio was created as a welcoming space where individuals can reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and community.

Alexis's vision is to help people cultivate strength, balance, and well-being in an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and free from judgment. Through thoughtfully curated classes and experiences, Studio Shoshin encourages participants to approach wellness with curiosity, presence, and a lifelong commitment to growth.
