Postnatal Mama and Baby Yoga is a fun, supportive space for Mama to honor her rebirth as Mother.

Our practice will focus on the physical and energetic connections with Baby and to Mama’s own intuition. Come build community as you recover and rebalance!

This class is appropriate for all levels.

Babies newborn through 14 months are welcome to accompany Mama to class. Please a blanket for baby along with your diaper bag. Yoga mats & props may be borrowed from the studio or you can bring your own.

Stroller parking outside the studio (3rd fl) is available along with parking and an elevator in the Carmel Plaza.
