Limited to 6 people, participants will work in the kitchen of Aubergine directly with Executive Chef Justin Cogley in the Cooking Classes as the chef teaches a variety of essential cooking techniques, use of ingredients, and professional knowledge that can turn an ordinary dish into a real star.
Cooking Classes take place from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The cost is $145 per person, per class, plus service fee and tax. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 831-622-5909.
