Event Description:
For those supporting our health care system right now, the challenges can be immense and overwhelming. We want to offer this free class as thanks for your work and in the hope that it will support your wellbeing. This will be a restorative hour of slow, mindful movement, meditation supported by breathwork, and relaxation poses to create space and clear any blockage in the body and mind. This class is FREE to healthcare workers, those who support health care workers, and anyone else in financial need.
