Just as soul food is comforting to southerners, this free community event brings comfort to the soul. It features music, readings, and images from authors, and philosophers of different cultures. You may choose to participate by bringing a reading, music, quotes or beautiful images, or you may wish to meditate while others share theirs. Food for the Soul, an Interfaith Devotional Gathering, is a monthly event held on the 4th Saturday of each month in the smaller room of the Carmel American Legion. Feel free to bring a friend.
