The Center Street Harvest Hoedown is a lively fall celebration bringing together local residents, artists, and businesses to benefit the Equine Healing Collaborative.
The Harvest Hoedown will offer a fun-filled day of community-centered activities, including:
- A festive pumpkin patch
- Visits with mini-horses from the Equine Healing Collaborative - Local artist vendors and gallery tours
- Live bluegrass music from Wayward Jerry
- A children’s costume parade with trick-or-treating
- A silent auction
- Delicious offerings from local food and wine vendors
Field + Form is partnering with the Equine Healing Collaborative, a nonprofit dedicated to providing equine-assisted therapy for emotional healing and recovery. Proceeds from the event will support this important cause, helping to fund the Collaborative’s mental health programs.
Guests will also have an opportunity to enter a raffle and win local prizes. Whether in the market for a Halloween pumpkin or an opportunity to support an important cause in a community setting, this event offers something for everyone in celebration of fall.

Equine Healing Collaborative:
The Equine Healing Collaborative was created to provide a path to recovery, self-discovery, and personal growth through the use of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
They are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers psychotherapy services on a sliding scale and bill various insurance companies including Medi-Cal. The Center Street Business Collective:
This collective features many of the businesses along Center Street in the heart of Carmel Valley Village. Working in collaboration with other small businesses and organizations of Carmel Valley, the Collective seeks to create inclusive community events that embrace the culture of the Valley and support local economy, as well. Artisan Market:
The Center Street Harvest Hoedown will feature 10+ local artisan and nonprofit vendors, supporting the mission of the nonprofit fundraiser and working in sustainable practice within our greater community.
Wayward Jerry:
The Wayward Jerry Unit (ig: @waywardjerry) is a bluegrass-and-country band hailing from Big Sur that excites audiences with country dance music and timeless fiddle tunes. Fresh from a debut recording ('Country Cooking' now streaming online), their soaring Americana melodies & toe-tapping dance-beat are a proven recipe now in Californian bluegrass sound. Come see what these cats are cooking up, showcasing Tracy Cheseborough on cello, Nicholas Leahy on mandolin and banjo, & Jerry Moxley on old-time country fiddle.
