The 36th Annual Big Sur International Marathon, which runs from Big Sur Station up the scenic Hwy 1 to Carmel, takes place on Sunday, April 30, 2023. A sell out event, race day includes a full marathon, 21-Miler, 11-Miler, 12K and 5K distances. The Big Sur Marathon Foundation gives back extensively to the local community who are instrumental in making this event a great success.
