DESCRIPTION:Get to the bottom of love at the Outdoor Forest!\n\n\n\nOct 1 - Oct 18\, 2026\n\nOutdoor Forest Theater\, Carmel-by-the-Sea\n\n \n\n\nA Midsummer Night's Dream is a comedic play by William Shakespeare that intertwines the lives of several characters in a magical forest. The story begins with Theseus\, the Duke of Athens\, preparing for his wedding to Hippolyta\, the Queen of the Amazons. \n\n \n\nMeanwhile\, Hermia defies her father Egeus by eloping with Lysander\, while Demetrius\, who is in love with Hermia\, pursues her with the help of Helena\, who loves him.\n\n \n\nIn the forest\, the mischievous fairy Puck uses magic to manipulate the romantic entanglements\, causing chaos among the lovers. \n\n \n\nThe play also features a group of amateur actors who perform a comical play for the Duke's wedding.
