About Us

Studio Schicketanz is a full service architectural firm providing a wide range of architecture, planning and interior design services. Based in Carmel, our firm specializes in customized residential and commercial architecture and interiors. The majority of our staff is LEED accredited.
We are known for environmentally conscious designs and are dedicated to creating sustainable projects that draw upon the strengths of their surroundings. All of our projects are a seamless merging of interior design, architecture, and the exterior space beyond. We are a proud recipient of the 2015 and 2016 AIA Monterey Bay Honor Award for Excellence in Design and are a Monterey Bay Area certified Green Business.
AND we've decided to stay virtual! Our staff has enjoyed working from home and we all find ourselves being more productive. To accommodate our new work life and new safety requirements we have renovated our office to become a flexible workspace. Anyone can come in and book a workstation or one of our expanded conference areas - both allow for the recommended social distancing. For the time being, we ask that you wear a mask or facial covering when entering the Studio.
Our new office hours will be from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
While our Architects and Interior Designers are set up to work remotely from home, our commitment to you and our projects will not change.
