In this outdoor workshop, Mica will introduce and share the primary Ashtanga series, offering modifications to make the poses accessible to beginners. Learn or and deepen your knowledge of ujjayi breathing, a type of deep breathing that is traditionally practiced along with the ashtanga sequence. The practice will focus on maintaining the ujjayi breath throughout the practice and coordinating the movements with the breath.
