The Dance Center ~ Ribbon Cutting Celebration

The Dance Center, a performing arts facility for students aged 2-adult, is excited to host a Ribbon Cutting Celebration in honor of its third construction expansion to 7,000 square feet! The Dance Center has added 1,600 square feet with another large studio and separate administrative office. The existing welcome area and student waiting area has been expanded along with a second front desk, and additional restrooms.  The Dance Center offers 110 classes, primarily for children, in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, acrobatics, cheer & pom, and musical theater. Recreational and pre-professional dancers take class while 13 competition teams (in all genres) and 3 Musical Theater companies perform throughout the Bay Area and the local community. The Dance Center is also houses the nonprofit, Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theatre, which provides youth arts outreach and performs the traditional Nutcracker version at Sunset Center.   Please come celebrate with The Dance Center on Wednesday, September 19th from 4:30-6:30 PM with small bites from John Cardinalli’s Italian Cowboys Catering.
