Pilates & Pinot with Coastal Movement at McIntyre!

Join us for a recharge session with Lauren Scarr of Coastal Movement! Begin with a 45-minute Pilates class designed to gently stretch and strengthen your body. Never taken a class before? No problem! This session welcomes all skill levels where you can create your own challenge. 

Bring a friend, come solo, wear comfortable clothing and relax. After the session enjoy a glass of wine to unwind and come back to your wellness reality. Celebrate the balance in life with gentle movement and friendship.

This experience is mostly indoors. Please bring your own yoga mat & towel if desired. One glass of wine is included with this ticket price (not required to imbibe) and water offered. Wine is also available for purchase.
