LAVENDER HARVEST FESTIVAL
A not-to-be-missed celebration featuring lavender harvesting and distillation demos; lavender-inspired culinary dishes and cocktails; tastings of honey from our hives; samples of sea salt from our Salt House paired with Swank Farms watermelon and stone fruits; and do-it-yourself lavender sachets, flower crowns, and other crafts. Meet the Ranch Artisans, chat with the chickens, and greet our Swiss Saanen dairy goats. Live entertainment is provided by The Dave Holodiloff Jazz trio. Fun in the sun for the whole family!
Chef Tim Wood’s foodie-friendly menu will include:
- Build-your-own street tacos with Monterey Bay fish, slow-roasted kurobuta pork, heirloom salsa, and traditional accompaniments
- Tequila-lavender cured wild king salmon croutons with honey Dijon mustard
- Heirloom tomatoes and burrata with basil fresh from the garden
- Swank Farms Morning Harvest summer vegetables with spicy sriracha dressing, cucumber raita sauce, and other dipping options
- Honey-lavender crème brulee and lavender sugar cookies
- One complimentary Lavender Bliss cocktail per adult, complimentary lavender lemonade for everyone, as well as a no-host garden bar.
