Hyatt Vacation Club at Highlands Inn invites guests to celebrate a stress-free Thanksgiving with front-row seats to the breathtaking Big Sur coast and a festive holiday buffet at Pacific’s Edge Restaurant.
The culinary team has crafted a menu blending traditional holiday favorites with coastal-inspired dishes, creating an unforgettable dining experience in a festive setting for families and friends.
The holiday buffet will be served Thursday, Nov. 27, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Pacific’s Edge Restaurant, perched on the rocky bluffs above the ocean. A small limited à la carte menu will also be available.
Highlights from the buffet menu include:
- Carving station: Roasted turkey with traditional cranberry sauce and gravy, slow-roasted beef brisket with house-made barbecue sauce.
- Seafood and salads: Poached prawns, smoked salmon with capers and onions, steamed mussels, ponzu-glazed seared ahi tuna, mixed garden salad, and herbed pearl couscous salad.
- Entrées: Brown sugar and pineapple glazed ham, roasted salmon with lemon herb butter, vegetarian penne pasta with artichokes, mushrooms, and white wine garlic sauce.
- Sides: Whipped potatoes, sweet potato casserole, roasted seasonal vegetables, green bean casserole, and herbed brioche stuffing.
- Desserts: Pumpkin pie, pecan pie and assorted holiday treats.
Pricing is $105 for adults (12 and over), $50 for children ages 3–11, and complimentary for children under 3.
