In this 4-week series you will be introduced to yoga asana, breath awareness, mindful movement, and active rest. You will begin to tune into your own experience, find steadiness and ease in the practice, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been away from the practice and want to brush up on the basics, this series is for you!
Each class will include a brief meditation and warm up, instruction on a specific category of poses, and time for relaxation. Questions are encouraged as you explore your individual alignment and unique experience of the poses.
You will receive summaries of each class to take home so you can incorporate what you learn into a home practice.
Yoga mats and props are provided at the studio.
